Role Overview

As a Project Manager at Aspect IQ, you will coordinate internal teams, external stakeholders, and vendor partners to ensure the successful execution of IT and observability projects. You'll be the central hub of collaboration, responsible for timelines, resource allocation, risk management, and maintaining alignment with business goals. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in fast-paced delivery environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, track, and manage multiple client-facing projects from initiation through delivery
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders, engineers, and vendors
  • Manage scope, schedule, risk, and resources using Agile or hybrid methodologies
  • Ensure clear project documentation, meeting agendas, and post-mortem summaries
  • Coordinate with sales and architects to align project goals with client expectations
  • Identify delivery blockers and take initiative to resolve issues quickly and collaboratively
  • Provide timely updates and reporting to leadership and clients

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience managing technical or IT projects (preferably in SaaS, MSP, or consulting)
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum and PM tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project)
  • Excellent time management, prioritization, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage remote teams and maintain engagement and accountability
  • Certification in PMP, CSM, or equivalent is a plus
  • Passion for collaboration, structure, and client satisfaction

Geographic Focus & Collaboration

This role supports projects across the U.S., with emphasis on clients in Arizona, California, Nevada, New Mexico, and Texas. Regional familiarity is a plus but not required.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Estimated compensation: $85,000 - $115,000+ annually depending on experience and certifications
