Role Overview

This is not your average architect role. This is a front-line opportunity to disrupt the IT services market with high-impact solutions. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor and solutioneer—someone who thrives at the intersection of business and technology. If you're a high-energy, self-starter who can initiate and cultivate business relationships, articulate value, and close deals—this is your calling. From SMBs to large enterprises, you'll help clients see what's possible with a modern, data-driven IT foundation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive full-cycle client acquisition—from prospect research and outreach to contract signature
  • Initiate business development through strategic outreach, digital engagement, and networking (no cold calls—just meaningful conversations)
  • Deliver technical discovery sessions that unearth true business needs and turn them into scalable solution architectures
  • Create SOWs, proposals, and implementation blueprints in close collaboration with technical and delivery teams
  • Lead solution presentations, client workshops, and architectural strategy sessions
  • Contribute to sales enablement assets and solution frameworks that scale our offerings
  • Act as an evangelist at industry events, conferences, and client briefings
  • Drive net-new business while supporting long-term client relationships and success

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise solution selling, technical consulting, or MSP services
  • Strong ability to build relationships, influence outcomes, and close complex deals
  • Understanding of infrastructure, cloud, and observability technologies including OpenTelemetry
  • Experience targeting and engaging IT decision-makers in SMBs and enterprise environments
  • Confidence to lead conversations with C-level and engineering teams alike
  • Self-starter with a relentless drive to exceed targets and innovate along the way

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation structure with performance-based incentives. Estimated total compensation range (base + commission + bonuses):

  • $120,000 - $180,000+ annually depending on experience, skill set, and performance
